Apply now: Masterpiece Tour 2019 - Poussin's 'Triumph of Pan' (1636)

The National Gallery is currently presenting a new series of its UK Masterpiece Tour, which sees three well-loved masterpieces from its collection tour the UK between 2018 and 2020.  'The Lady with a Squirrel and a Starling' by Hans Holbein the Younger is currently being displayed at the New Art Gallery in Walsall, as the launch venue for the 2018 Masterpiece Tour. 

For 2019 three regional museums will have the opportunity to show Poussin's 'The Triumph of Pan' (1636) for approximately eight weeks per venue. The National Gallery is now asking for proposals to show Poussin's painting.

Proposals for the 2019 tour of Poussin's 'The Triumph of Pan' should be submitted by Monday 5 March 2018.  Please click here for further information and details of how to apply.
