Through the Jonathan Ruffer curatorial grants programme, the Art Fund provides funding for travel and other practical costs to help curators undertake collection and exhibition research projects in the UK or abroad.
There are three deadlines per year for applications of £1,500 and above. The next application deadline is 25 September 2017.
